Today is Valentines day– world love day. So, do the telecom engineers celebrate this day? Though I dont know why today all love expressions being shown? Love should last forever & could be made any day .However Telecom engineers are not enough fortunate to have such kind of ocassions. Even no Love making day- so valentines day isnt an exception.
Today I went to office, the reporting time was as usual- no flexibility in that sphere for valentines day ;-). Optimizer gave me plans for today. I attended that & moved towards Kestopur, my customer had issue in that location. Though it was due to his dense clutter surrounded by some G+5 buildings. My optimizer heard the whole issue from me & provided necessary aid to solve that. that case was dropped finally. now time for another case. The customer had lodged a complaint to release his cellular connection. but the team wanted me to have a detailed network report for the location. when I spoke with the customer I got a very rough impact from the customer side, his gruff voice & bad attitude was somehow unbearable . still I somehow tried to convinced him to make a network analysis for his location , but he dropped the call showing some attitude of incorporation. I informed the whole event to the upper end & took outdoor network parameter test & left the place.
It was not a big deal – I got a unhealthy feedback,being a telecom engineer its quite acceptable sometimes. But I spent the whole day with my works & reports. so no leave, no fun. But thats not the end. Today I m going to have a visit to Core committee get together this night. Some more fun still to come.
